We have been working with Martin to implement and coordinate a D&I agenda across all areas of the business at Teach Now. Martin has advised and tailored the bProud programme to suit the needs of our organisation and in the time we have worked with him, his guidance has been pivotal in implementing and shaping the business. I worked with Martin when our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion team was just starting out.
